The H-1 had the control surfaces covered with fabric so I tried to replicate it.
After I covered the control surfaces with solartex it was time for the stitching effect.
First I marked the points which I was going to place the cyano drops
then I used thick cyano after I sprayed the spot with a bit of cicker.
The next thing o do was to strip layers of solartex about a cm wide and then I ironed them on top of the drops.
Finally I placed a couple of layers of dope just to be sure.

And the markings also. First I cut the numbers on paper then I drew them on the rudder,
I placed masking tape and finally I painted them.
