Default just wondering

im wondering has there ever been an rc model cessna caravan amphibian with retracts in the floats so it can land on land and in the water? it would be a cool project

Note:
I was Gonna do the same thing! but was informed that,"float struts have NO give or suspension". so if you landed it on land, (Asphalt may be OK). you risk breaking either the floats or the plane.

Wheeled Landing gear is designed to flex if you have rough ground, or a hard landing. thus protecting the plane.

Just my 2 cents FWIW, to save you a headache!
