ace puddle master motor
I scored an Ace Puddle Master on ebay and think I have a motor on hand but want to check. Have a Grayson 2217-09. Plan on flying with 3 cells and a 10x6 prop. Specs say this should produce 950 kV. Don't plan on doing any pattern, just some 3 channel chugging javascript:void(AddText('','_image/s2.gif'))
Also, wondering how to mount the motor, since the plans call for front mount but motor has a rear mount.

RE: ace puddle master motor
You should be able to dismantle the motor and rebuild with the shaft extending out the back,, most of these are designed to work both ways. Motor also runs in either direction just fine.
I found a pic for you, it is an examaple of a similar motor being configured that way
good luck
