Default Model Builders 1920's Navy Flying Boat

Anyone built the Model Builder Plans # 11751-A 1920's
Navy Flying Boat model from the plans? Pic attached.

I see that Lazer-Works has a short kit of this model
aircraft, plans are to build in the future but trying to
see if anyone has ever done this one before, any mods
made, like adding ailerons and how it flew.

I saw one fly once but it was a very long time ago. I seem to remember it flew ok. My one thought at the time was that the wing tip floats were a little to short and the plane rocked excessively from side to side. A short kit could even get me interested.

Eddie Taylor at Lazer-Works has the files to laser cut one:

scroll down to the first listing.

Send me an e-mail to verndiedric@yahoo.com and I'll forward the plan
files you can download and have printed.
