Default Delta Ray seaplane Conversion

A while ago I purchased a Firebird Delta Ray and haven’t used it much. But recently I’ve been more interested in it and have greatly improved my skills. I was hoping I could find a way to attach removable floats (not pontoons) to use on water and somehow be able to make it resistant to water. Any help would be appreciated.

Ps. I have a great understanding of the flight physics but don’t know much about the hydrodynamics of the floats. I also have no other modifications to the aircraft
