What floats on a Nexstar??
Any recommendations on floats for a Nexstar? I am really thinking about doing this so any help would be appreciated.

There are quite a few options.
I have a pair of these, and like them. Easy to install as well.

Is the length of those floats adequate for the Nexstar? From other posts I have seen, they are recommending a bit longer floats for a fuse of this length.

Falcon Trading floats, and they have a kit for trike gear planes, makes it real easy.
The "step" on the float needs to be behind the C.G. by about a half to an inch while the front end of the floats must protrude at least two inches past the prop.

How did your floats work out on your Nexstar? I bought the Nexstar ARF and I'm using a magnum .46 XL to power it. Did you have to change props? Did you leave the stabilizers on it? I set mine up with the flap mod. I'm think of using the 35" Zeedoo floats from hobby lobby. Any tips are welcome.
