Default Curious about the Sesquiphid "D"

Several years ago I sent for the plans for the Sesquiphib "D" seaplane designed by Francis Reynolds (RCM plan #981). It had a few unique features, like the floats on the end of the lower "wing". Has anyone built one of these or observed one flying?
