The original design was (to the best of my memory) a plane called "The Thing" by Jim Sullivan. It originally was a 40 sized plane but it appears that someone has gone crazy with their photo copy enlarger. I seem to remember a twin 40 size but this thing is crazy. How about some flight reports?
Lets see more of the PBY's in the picture.

Right, It's the "Beast". Interesting but not one of my favorites.
The one on the left? looks like he had two sets of plans enlarged and a long workbench.
