I may have a catalog with his address. I won't be able to get to it until Thursday, 12-19 - it's in storage right now. If I find it, I'll let you know.
He has a lot of very unusual flying boat designs. He does not give a lot of building instructions, but he does give you plenty of warning of what legal action will happen if you make copies of his plans. Anyone who has bought his plans can attest to this. He is quite protective of his copyrights.
Anyway, the plans are reasonably priced. If I remember correctly, I paid about $30.00, maybe 3 years ago for a three engine design about 80" or so. 4 or 5 sheets, including separate sheets for the cutting patterns so you do not have to cut up the sheet that you build on.
