I am consistently on record as endorsing the Plane Fun Floats.
For a little bitty plane lilke the UCDEP, you could also look at GWS floats, or FoamFloats.com.

Eight Dollar Floats

I stumbled a while back on a sale of GWS floats at Tower for ten bucks so heck threw a set in on an order to bring the total up to get a 20% discount.

Here is what I got and they are ideal for my Lee Ulinger Extra 330 foamy with a 39 inch wing span. the floats are 21 inchs long. I have not done the installation yet as I will not be able to use them untill the Havasu London Bridge float fly in Nov. The struts of course will be made up for this airplane and the floats are just sitting in the pictures and not in the optimum orientation or position.
