Although I'm a warbird guy, I do luv Beavers. I thought I'd start a thread on just beaver pics. So if you have one, post it here and tell us alittle bit about it.

This is my 96" wing span Beaver I made from plans that came from a Unionville kit. It has a 120 4-stroke with on board glow. I duplicated the color scheme from Rust's Flying Service in Anchorage, Alaska. She's a real pleasure to fly.

These are planes of the Ontario Department of Lands and Forests or maybe the Ontario Forestry Service. The picture is from a slide. Taken at what was Port Arthur in the mid 60s.

Here are a couple of my Beavers, the one on floats is 144 inch , 48lbs, and the one on wheels is 129 inch ,40 lbs ,both are powered by G-62's.

howdy
great pix.i had a beaver,ikon/n/west i believe,great bird,but it was just a matter of time i dumb thumed it..on wheels ,im looking for another but an ARF,some thing i could put a 90-120 4 stroke in it.
any ideas.

Kondor makes some nice beaver arfs. 8' wing span w/flaps, calls for a 1.50 4 stroke.

Don't overlook the Beaver from Zimpro. 100" Span, glass fuselage, sheeted foam wings and stab.
