Default GP40

No I do not. I mounted the floats using two GBG 40 size landing gears. I built mine as a tail dragger, then mounted floats. I use no spreader bars the gear is stiff enough and does not need them

Default Sport .40 floats.

Have a look at these. Perfect on a .40 Stik.

Horizon Hobbies has a complete fiberglass float kit. Just search for floats. I bought a set and they seem real nice. Have not flown them yet, since the ice just melted here!

Default floats

Nice thing about foam floats ,if you poke a hole in them, the plane still comes back to shore. If you hit floatsom landing or taking off
you could sink with hollow floats.

Just a thought, the Butchman
