When they were first reliced me an a Buddie built a pair of them powered with st 2500..they were crap. flew really badly, did strange stuff flew sideways. throttle settings changed them really bad, flybys were no go at all. in calm air they would simply fall out of the sky on landing. i mean at like 6 feet off the water they would fall(like they were dropped from a 6 ft. step latter). We found by adding to the fin it helped. mine is hanging in my shop. if you get yours to fly let me know what you did. i would like to rehab mine an fly it.

I looked at the picture of this plan and it doesn't look like the seamaster 40 by ACE manufacturing in Higginsville Mo. The plans on RCM are for a Seamaster II 48'' wing span and the tail section doesn't look like the Ace Seamaster.

It's a Model Aviation plan.
You can find it here. http://www.modelaircraft.org/plans/plans82.aspx

I have a set of plans in DXF (autocad) format that builds a seamaster that is very detailed. You can download a program called TUBRO CAD 2D that is free, setup your printer to panel the sections. At present I have the Seamaster 85% complete and it really looks great. The plans are at http://plans.rcmodell.hu/
