Trying to find info about seaplane/float flying clubs in the northeast, nothing coming up on the AMA website.

I'm not in a club up there. But I do frequent North Jersey. I have a 40 Size plane on floats I fly.
If you want to fly sometime let me know. Im always ready to fly mine.

Wow, a reply! I'll PM you about that. Rephrasing the question though- is there any interest in a float fly or something like that in the NJ/Eastern PA area before it gets too cold?

I wish there were one. Heck I wish I could find a group near Morristown Nj. I cant find much on the internet in the AMA sanction either.

Float fly would be nice.

Love to attend.

I live on Lake Hopatcong and fly my electric Seawind and Blade 400 w/floats all the time. It's a very busy lake though so the only time to fly is really early in the morning or right before dark. Too many boats otherwise. It does calm down a little after Labor Day but I still think it's too busy to have a fun fly. I would definitely be interested though if you find another suitable location in Northern NJ.
