WHAT LARGE PROP DO YOU USE TO PREVENT DELAMINATION PROBLEMS?

Here' the problem. 1/3 scale Balsa USA Cub on Sea Commander floats running a 3W75. Carbon fiber props last about 2-3 hours of flying time before delamination on the tips and edges begin to be a big problem. Wooden props much much less. I can't find any plastic or fiberglass this large. What are you guys using?
