Yes you could use that but its adding weight and the wires will still be flying around . what i have done is to reach in as far as i could and stuck double sided tape to each side of the turtle...

There are many disccusions in different forum with regards the incidence on the miss wind and they range from 1.5 posotive to 2.5 posotive on the bottom wing and 2.0 negative too 4.0 negative ....
