I run Mobil 1 Racing 2T oil it's a fully synthetic oil for high performance racing engines. I use it in my MVVS 1.60, the manufacturer solely recommends this oil.

The 1.60 Red Head MVVS is the same, the engine will breakin and at that point the engine sould be leaned out .

I have just started bench running in the MVVS 1.60 26cc Red Head as you know the 25/1 gas / oil mix is for the first pint of fuel through the engine, don't worry the RPM's will increase...

Thanks for the info, the sound tests here are checked at 7 meters distance at the front, back and both sides of the plane prior to getting the O.K. to fly, 96db is in our country...
