Thanks swordsn, checked out iflytailies.com, out of stock there also? Maybe by the time I get to closing up the cockpit, something will be available.

RE: Top Flite Giant Corsair ARF Disappeared.

Looking ahead in the build and want to purchase a pilot figure for this bird. The pilot used in the manual is out of stock and may be for a while. Can someone recommend one, full body or half, that...

RE: Top Flite Giant Corsair ARF Disappeared.

Thanks again EMB145Driver, just ordered the retracts online and saved almost $70 with the discount! Good start toward the other items needed to get this bird in the air.

RE: Top Flite Giant Corsair ARF Disappeared.

Good to hear on the rudder issue. I've read all the threads and was going to give that and the elevator install extra installation attention. I'll give Robart a call Monday and ask about the...

RE: Top Flite Giant Corsair ARF Disappeared.

Thanks for the info EMB145Driver. What's different about installing the 55RA, is the bolt pattern different from the 55 side exhaust? Looks like the Robart electrics are not in stock at the moment...

RE: Top Flite Giant Corsair ARF Disappeared.

Picked my Giant Corsair up from LHS yesterday and ordered the DLE 55RA today from Valley View. Plan on ordering the Robart retracts next week and still pondering the air versus electric option? Those...

RE: GP Giant Big Stik, good first giant/gasser?

I've got (6) flights on my GUS with the DLE 35 and absolutely love it! It is my first large scale plane and first gasser. Perfect combination and flies like a dream - but it's a Stick, they do fly...

RE: Great Planes Giant Ugly Stick

Bruce, you're going to love the GUS & the DLE35. It's like they were made to be together (should be a movie?). Everyone at the field commented on the performance and wanted a turn at the sticks but...

RE: Great Planes Giant Ugly Stick

Curious? What type/size battery are folks using for onboard receiver/servo power? After three good flights using a 2400 NiCD (6V 5cell) to drive (7) Hitec 645s the battery had dropped off to a level...

RE: Great Planes Giant Ugly Stick

aa2dd, the DLE 35 pulls the GUS very well. Can't imagine wanting any more engine than the 35. I'm no 3-der by any means but you can pull the nose straight up after take off and climb to your hearts...

RE: Great Planes Giant Ugly Stick

Finally made the maiden flight on my GUS today with DLE 35. Perfect match for this airframe, plenty of power and CG was good using the stock stand-offs. Used aft tank position and used batteries to...

RE: DLE 35 Mounting Question?

One other mounting question? Are the shorter stand-off bolts used to mount the engine to the stand-offs or to mount them to the firewall? Thanks

RE: I Saw it! TF 60 Size Corsair ARF!!!!!

Da Rock, you got that right! I'm not going to hold my breath but it sure would be good to have them in the Corsair for spring flying? Maybe we'll get surprised? I really don't want to go the air...

RE: I Saw it! TF 60 Size Corsair ARF!!!!!

Hi Mike, I'm putting a Saito 100 in mine and it should fly great. I've seen a couple of the TF Corsairs fly with the 100 and they do pull them around with authority, the 150 should be a rocket! I've...

RE: Great Planes Giant Ugly Stick
