If you are using a 15 or 20 C discharge battery it will pull more than 12 amps. I'm seing closer to 15. 12 amps is probably the limit of the battery.

RAD models also produces the Kirara. The head looks the same exept it obviously has direct elevator control built in. Looks like the same blades and same head. I would say that if it weighs less...

No hinge by definition. The fiberglass plate that they attach to is super stiff. The only "flap" in the blade comes from the blade itself. The blades are all balsa with a thin steel rod imbedded...

IMO and based on what I see in other autogyros is that the blades are exceptionally long for the size of aircraft. 1500mm rotor disc on a 4lb airframe. The blades stick out well past the rudder. ...
