Thanks for all the info. I'm new to this RC thermalling and RC planes so I'll have to digest slowly the info you gave me. I did fly a hang glider for 7 years...talk about thermalling and slope...

Ok to circumvent all the above mentioned problems... i'm taking a Gentle Lady and installing a Speed 400 motor with folding prop. Just enough to get rid of all the lead in the nose and replace it...

By the way Al I see you are from near my hometown. I'm from Cumberland Maryland. I used to ski a lot a 7 Springs....

Thanks for the info. Think I'm going to put a Speed 400 on it. and maybe a folding prop. That should do the job.
