Looks good, did you replaced the bearings? they may have damage from the crash and they are cheap anyway.
they can feel smooth when turning but when axially loaded feel rough or notchy.

Hi the piston height measured with mic is 21.83 im not sure what you measured that was 19mm on the piston?
the sleeve height from under the lip with the vernier is 34.4mm and diameter is 25.79. mic....

Hi the diameter under the top lip is 25.78-25.79mm measured with mic. the overall hight is 37.1mm measured with a vernier hope this helps let me know if you want any more info....

Thanks for the input, and after posting I did a fair bit of reading and it confirms that hitec carbonite gear servos are not the suitable for my application. I will use hs 645 mg servos.

I would remove the back cover and check the rear bearing for rust, if its rusty and you run it you can damage the liner. Greg

MM i just had a good look over the second web site and they now carry the 90deg adapter as well as the flex pipe!
