Even if the diff nut looks ok, those things only last a couple of rebuilds before they just loose up. Thread lock could work but only as a temporary solutions. I recommend to just replace the diff...

The problem was with the locking ring. It was bend probably due tighten too tight. After straighten it out, the binding stop. Thanks...
