I have a PJS 800 and had the same propblem. I thought it was fused or something. I tapped it lightly and it came free. You coul also try a drop of Liquid Wrench if you are worried about scratching.

Thanks Bill. Good Idea, I will try it out with some left over depron 2mil. I am assuming that the airfoil plays a big part but the CoG IS the Cog.
