thanks for the advice, yeah I figured I was gonna have to disconnect the wires going to the rotor motor. I guess Im gonna have to brush up on my soldering skills:)

I guess what I ment to say was that when an f-16 climbs completely vertical, the plane is now being supported by the thrust of the engine and no longer the lift created by the wings.

the rudder on a plane should never be used to turn a plane, the rudder is simply there to help cooridinate the turn which you are making. at least thats what I use it for in the real planes....
