No idea what is going on but still  highly doubt they are out of business.  The discontinued issue is because of the switchover from EVO to EON.

The EVO's are discontinued and the EONs are on...

Your slipper is slipping on acceleration and keeping you from doing a wheelie.

Don't overtighten - make sure the slipper slips before the diff.
