RE: F3A Formosa ARF Park Flyer GWS

I'm using the Tsunami 10 ESC which I understand is the same as the Pheonix but a smaller version, but it says its rated for 10, and no more? I'd love to use my 3s lipo with it, but I'm dead on...

RE: GWS TM400 Scale Touches

Brilliant initial review and interesting discussion so far! Thanks to all involved.

I'm a bit confused RE Lipo's and the stock motors - I've got both the Corsair and Formosa, both with the stock...

RE: Amature aerial photos from my Aerobird

Just got my F27 stryker, I designed my mini camera module to plug into the 'combat module' part of the Aerobird/Stryker, so my camera will fit straight to it! Hoping to get some footage later...

RE: Amature aerial photos from my Aerobird

Thanks mate, much appreciated - yeah its a great setup, the USB adapter was from PC World, infact it was on the clearance pile, originally £50, got it for around £30 I think.

RE: Amature aerial photos from my Aerobird

I personally bought a transmitter/receiver and camera set from EBay, cost around £30, I then stream the content straight onto my laptop and record as an AVI, allowing unlimited video!

Works...

RE: Anyone looking to sell crash video footage?

Did anything come of this post? I haven't heard of the show, or will it take years to come to the UK?

RE: GWS Corsair Ailerons?

Looks great dude, incidently I uprated my battery yesterday from the stock 8.4v 900mah NIMH to a 9.6v Nicad, MUCH better, much more power and flew much better, anything less than that and the planes...

RE: GWS Corsair Ailerons?

I'm using the single servo system, works fine with little tension - however instead of the little black tubes, I instead opted for the yellow plastic sleeving, normally used to sleeve the...

RE: Re: ...

Wow! I want!

Overall, could you approximate what you've spent here building this impressive beast? I shudder at a £50 brushless motor for my 36" Corsair, hehe!!
