Duct is for a sport jet a group of us locally designed. Distance from the inlet to the front of the turbine housing will be about 14" as shown by the tape on the plug. Probably only need 6" of pipe...

What are the rules of thumb when it comes to sizing inlet area, bypass, exhaust pipes for turbines? In my application, looking at sizing for P80-P120 sized turbines. Thanks in advance. -John

Unfortunately, I personally don’t have the ground support equipment necessary to read as suggested. I found the SN. The can diameter is 4”, one piece (less intake ring), exhaust is 1.75”.

Futaba FASST radio user, 12Z, before that, 9ZAP. I have FASST installed in everything from park flyers to turbines. Easily a thousand flights. Not a single issue. The system is rock solid.

If the regulator is installed backwards they can do that. Easy mistake to make as it fits fine rotated 180 degrees out. Might be your problem. There should be an index boss on the regulator...

I use PPG Deltron urethane high build primer. Primer alone works great. Dark grey and wet sands/buffs out to a mirror finish. Unless your plug is perfect, I'd be afraid that a low build epoxy...

Some of the servo's I've seen marketed for surface application have an extra o-ring seal by the output shaft compared to thier aircraft equal. I'd assume this would be to help prevent dust/water etc...
