Yes, ont only I feel the difference in topend power, but also 110S pulls better especially in mid range. However, it drinks slightly more fuel than the good old 110. This might be improved...

- valve clearance especially intake (pump actuator rod) side.

SAITO Super Plug is slightly hotter than OS-F. I have been using both of them, the SAITO for 15 to 20% Nitro fuel and OS-F for YS Engines on 20 to 25% Nitro fuel.
