This is we're I'll be getting my X400. For all those interested in the X400. I spoke with Jeremy (owner of the site), and soon will begin offering various combo kit's (with all electronics, etc..)....

Gyro gain can be set using either channel 5 (gear) or 7 (aux2) on your JR 8103 radio.

Gyro connects to channel 4 (rudder)
Gyro gain connects to channel 7 (aux2)

I personally use Ch. 7...

That is incorrect, I fly for hours with my JR 8103 transmitter using Reflex XTR. The power is supplied through the trainer port, my tx never drops more the 0.1v for 1+hrs of sim time.

Sorry I missed that your laser would work on another heli without CCPM, for example Shogun/T-rex. But in the case of the HB 3d PRO, it requires a computerized TX for the eCCPM to work. Hope that...

Basically if your running a shogun/t-rex use Deans ultra, (>10amp) these helis have higher amp draws.
Smaller micro micros, piccolo, hummingbird, smaller amp draws (<10amp) use Deans micro.

For a CP machine you want atleast a 6ch radio. So if your laser is 6ch your all set.

engine tuning (too rich, too lean)
low head speed
lube the dampeners

I would think they became loose and then snapped. Did you use any loctite on them? It's an essential tool in building a nitro heli, vibration will knock all your bolts and nuts loose while flying,...

I just finished setting up my shogun 400, and the blades barely spin when i increase throttle, but the tail goes extremely fast. Anyone help me out this is my first CP heli.
