Not advisable. You get an unbalanced or weak blade and you are close by at high RPM... Bad things happen.

Accidentally Poked Hole in CompArf Wing

I was drilling in the servo arm bay of my comparf extra 2.6M and accidentally poked my drill bit all the way through the top of the wing (from the bottom).

What's the best way to patch this?...

OK. On a freshly charged battery with the esc in channel 1 (throttle on JR) and the aileron on channel 2 and 6, with the elevator in 3 and the rudder in 4, everything seems to be working correctly....

Now that I think about it a little more, I think you're right - it is a fried receiver. That little mishap hooking up the battery backwards will end up costing me about 130 before this is all said...
