i bought the same plane about 2yrs ago and liked it so much that i bought another kit just in case .there was a dealer in FLA that had 3 of these kits.i'll try to find it for you.mine has a o.s. 160...

i not only use loc-tite on the set screw but also add a drop of thick ca where the collar meets the axle.that way even if the set screw falls out the ca will keep the collar on,and to remove it just...

the 2 3/4" great planes spinner has a flush backplate that will fit just like the original.the du bro spinner has a lip on it that causes it to hit the cowl.....

stashu,the .60 size is awesome but it's no trainer.by the time you add a saito 100,custom exaust(a must for the cool factor) a radio and good servo's you got atleast $1100 invested. but watching...

thanks, thats kinda what i figured.it would be a 6 pitch in the center and taper out to a 10 pitch toward the tips,but i wasn't sure.i'll try that apc....

what is the difference between a 18x6 and a 18x6-10 zinger prop? my h9 edge 540 w/os 160 prop only has 18x6 on it. will it run on my set up ?

my 1.20 h-9 edge540 had a little hard landing and it kinda bent the gear a bit and ripped it outa the fuselage. now the fuselage has been repaired and i either have to straighten or build a new...

What about changing out the tank for a longer one? Doing this shouldn't change the CG as much as moving the whole tank back.

my wing servo's were also only one block glued on each wing.my tx battery is loose too,but i thought it was just mine,i'll try the tape.....already had to replace the wheel due to their being loose...

just take 2 velcro staps around the fuselage just fwd and aft of the wing and strap a gallon of fuel under her. that should last all day but you will have to rebalance it.haha just kidding bro:)
