An alternative to the "O" rings that TACX uses, I have always used small rubber bands around the threads of my wing bolts They're cheaper, more adjustable, and more available.

I'm just guessing also, but I would think you only sheet the top and bottom from the leading edge to the spar. Then probably only the middle section (about 3 rib spaces) are completely sheeted top...

I usually just place a small magnet on the shaft of a screwdriver near the handle, which magnetizes the whole thing and holds any STEEL screw. Of course it won't work with brass or stainless steel...
