RE: new sh.28 issues

When it's getting up to 203 it's not just idling. It's slightly above idle but I have it against the way so it won't go anywhere. 240 degrees is after the first couple of tanks? I was told for the...

RE: new sh.28 issues

When you broke your SH.28 in did it stay idling for the whole tank? I have mine running but it shuts off after 2-3 minutes. It bogs then shuts off. after 2-3 minutes it's at 203 degrees.

RE: new sh.28 issues

I don't see any raw fuel coming out of my exhaust though. Maybe it's not staying cranked long enough??

RE: new sh.28 issues

Alright I need some serious help. I am worried I am going to kill the engine because of a crappy break-in because of all of this. It keeps on flooding. If I take the ignitor off at any time even...

RE: new sh.28 issues

Is it to rich or too lean when it cranks but as soon as I take the ignitor off it shuts off? I solved the first issue by doing just as Dave33 said. I saw it in a previous post. Is it still to rich...

4-tec upgrades

Awhile back someone posted a link on how to lift the ride height of the 4-tec and make it better suited for rally. I found the post but the link was dead. Does anyone know the parts needed and any...

RE: HPI 4.6 verses the SH.28

A revo is faster than a stock savage for a couple of reasons. 1. revo is 1/10th scale so it is lighter. 2. Revo has a better suspension setup. What I mean by that is with the Revo you are able to get...

RE: SH .28 Carb linkage issue

I have a failsafe installed. I should have mentioned that. That was my first investment. Does the gold throttle servo spring come with the cam steering servo?

RE: SH .28 Carb linkage issue

I took my throttle return spring off when I installed my 5645MG servo for the throttle brakes. The servo seemed to have enough strength to close the throttle fully. I took the engine out the next day...

RE: aluminum spur gear guestion

Metal spur with a hardened clutchbell is a pretty good combo. I guess if you didn't want it you really don't need it but having it will probably save you a stripped gear later on down the road.

slipper pad question???

Does the Robinson metal spurs come with a new slipper pad or do I need to buy one? Also is there a way to remove the one that is on my old spur? Thanks.

5645MG servo question???

Alright before I start I know this is an overkill but it's the servo I had laying around so I am going to use it. I just installed a Hi-tec 5998TG servo for steering so I took my old servo a Hi-tec...
