I make the clear windows myself.
You can make a wood base(balsa), next put plaster cast over the wood base and force your original window (dark window) over the plaster cast.

I´m a litle worried because I have extra weight in my plane. I fiberglass and paint them in order to put all the rivets and painel lines. My airplane weight round 20 lb.
