From the plans, the only difference that I can detect is the notches for the secondary spars on the Four Star 60. The 20EP airfoil measures 9" x 1-5/16", incl flaps, and the 4Star60 measures 13-1/4"...

Is the engine you are using an old Fox 35 or another Fox variety with an RC carb? If it is one of the controline types, you might want to remove the needle valve and blow fuel back thru the spraybar...
