Yeah there not bad. And the hobbywing systems have excellent reviews. Less bad reviews than the big name brands and super smoothe. That's what I'll be putting in my buggy or truggy when I build one....

The Vxl (slash) is known to burn up when running 3s, but it runs well on 2s which will most likely be what you would be running in a race. And yeah, I can see 3s pushing the driveline to it's limits...

I might just go ahead and give them a shot whenever I break one. I just don't like using aluminum. I'd rather have plastic flex than aluminum bend or break other stuff. Plus plastic is half the price.
