It's easier to make a 1:64 - 1:87 scale truck or bus but the cars are a bit tricky at first attempt.
Here is what I have built so far and how I made them work at scale speed and turn really sharp...

I am using 2 @ AXI 2212/26 with a pair of counter rotating props 10 x 4.5 props (from toddsmodels.com) Polyquest 11.1v LiPO 2600 ma 12-16c or lighter 2100ma 20c rated.

Weight flying is 750-770...

For these schematics, no transmitter programming is required, however exponential may be of some benefit - to test slowly introduce it on roll, pitch and yaw, for your heli set up, one at a time and...

I am not sure of your needs, but a suitable mini servo with good torque will do for tilt of those ducted fans you mention.
I would max the travel to 180 deg so they unload the servo at each...

The fuse can not pitch as quick as the motors tilt.
Yes the fuselage does tilt slightly as you input pitch but it lags and is not significant most of the time.
Occasionally the fuselage develops...
