My silliness... I installed the Electron retracts for this model, they work great but they are not a drop in replacement, the wheel well in the mounting area has to be enlarged for the units to fit....

Yes, I measured it with the model on the wheels. I have a MDF board on which I put the models and mark the relevant points: then I measure straight on the board for additional accuracy.
