My warranty replacement stock ESC is still running fine on 3s, yes cogs a little on start up but I'm not fussed, it's just something fun to play with in between the 1/5 scale.

I bought one in the UK a couple of weeks ago, second run on 3s 5000mah 25c smoke from the ESC. Quick replacement from HPI, they said it was an updated version and so far it's fine - almost 3 packs...

t9dragon: in this photo it seems the battery door isn't quite closed - can you confirm that it does close fine with this venom 5000mah 3s?
