Hey Guys, check out the new tailwheel I made to replace the stock Stearman wire tailwheel. I made it from aircraft grade aluminum.

Bob,
It will hold any size bullet connectors made. I have started using the bullet connectors in the wire groves and using other side to hold wire for hands free soldering.

Here is a jig that I make at home on my Cnc. It is made from t6 so it pulls the heat out of the dean's keeping it from melting.
