I agree with 3dd on this one, it works great for sheeting foam. The sheeting won't float if you use enough weight, and don't use too much glue.

The poly glues react to water. If it is cold and dry it will take longer to cure and won't expand as much. A very light mist from a spray bottle on the cores will really set the glue off.

I have used sharpie markers on a couple of my bluecore fan fold foamies. The markers work very well, but it takes forever to cover a whole airplane. Even light colors like yellow show up.
