RE: Unofficial

Please note: Demon's video makes me appear goofier than I actually am :) That aside, I finished our other friend's boat today, turned out pretty good. I also am going to start a somewhat "show boat"...

I killed the Green Goblin by hitting a dock and chipping the nose, the hit sheared my ESC, battery, and receiver mounts I put in. Stupidly, I tried to "rearrange" some things since it was...

RE: Unofficial

First off, very nice plate! I also like the weatherstripping idea. Is that a water pick-up next to the nozzle, can we get a pic from the other side of the transom?

RE: Unofficial

Using a E-flight Park 400 3700kv. I burnt up the 3200 Turnigy we bought due to inadequate cooling. Its quicker than the 3200 for sure. Unfortunately, It was sorta expensive compared to the hobbyking...

RE: Unofficial

Mine came with the crap plastic u joint one, it blew apart pretty quick. I found that the proboat mini-v/c coupler fits, but is also weak and pulls the impeller a little forward. I took the coupler...

RE: Unofficial

Ahhh, k. I have no personal experience with that system but if it is like any other spectrum system the receivers need to be bound to the transmitter. With my receiver that came with my dx3r system...

RE: Unofficial

1. You mean program the transmitter to the receiver? That all depends on what system you are using. Maybe I'm not quite getting the question. As far as the esc though, you will need to set the...

RE: Unofficial

1. Yes, you have to program the esc to the receiver, I believe it is a turn it all at full throttle let it beep then full reverse. See esc instructions for specifics.
2. I am not running one at the...

RE: Unofficial

I worked with Demon on our boats. We have similar setups but I've made some changes since. The original plan was to run 3200kv inrunners on 3s 3000mah. Through testing I found out the hard way that...
