Now that you mention it I can see where the outer 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch has gradually been ground off the largest gear (that's 1st gear, right?)...

I was bashing the other day with my ntc3+ rtr and i noticed that the performance just wasn't there (engine is fine).

This restrictor; Does it make that big of a difference(acceleration, top speed, thrtl responce)? I thought it was in there to make tuning less tempormental.

I ordered my Ntc3 + last year from them. Very helpfull and I would recommend them to anyone.
Keep in mind that they are in CA and the shipping to FL was about a week.
