sounds like these batteries are a rip-off, they were extremely cheap, only 12 bucks each. At that price i wouldn't even mind if they got at only a 2500mAH charge. I got these from HK so im sure...

When I first got them I charged them at 5A and it only got to 1237mAH charge. I just used them in my truck like that
