OK found the source of my problems .... ignition battery was on the way out. Voltage had dropped right off. Replaced with a new battery and all OK.

My ZDZ 50NG has run flawlessly for a couple of years and then today had a perfect flight without any problems and on the second flight she suddenly stopped throttling up and one could hear the engine...

I posted back in August on aerobobs closed thread that I was using the ZDZ40RV but couldn't fly till my servos came in. I only use Hitec HS5985MG (the new replacements for HS5945MG)...

I posted some time ago about using a ZDZ40RV and noted a few guy's considering a gas motor. Personal choice was to try the gas motor as everyone is already using OS/YS motors so would be nice to see...
