TMaxx Gen1 Shocks

Gents
Not sure if this has been asked before but here goes.
I need to rebuild all of my Gen1 model's shocks. Are all the TMaxx models shocks the same from Gen1 to the 3.3?
Is this what i need to...

TRX3.3 Crank Case

Gents
I have recently bought a parts bin of a parted out T-Maxx. Included was this crank case. I would like to know if this is usable, or will it cause issues in the long run

I recently serviced a friends Max H 80. Replaced the bearings etc. What a sweet engine

Now for some reason I cant remember wich side the "flange" on top of the piston must be turned.

Thanks for the info, I have stripped the motor and what strucked me is how solid the motor is. I cant see how the conrod on this engine will ever snap, just superb. I am going to crockpot it sometime...

Will something like oven cleaner work to take off the burned castor on the stem/near the face. I have used my Dremel with a metal brush, but it can only do so much

Ed, would you say then that the slight "hiss" I hear in both intake and exhaust, when I turn the prop over is OK? I recon the compression must eventually bleed off, but not instantly.
