RE: How many have flown at Muncie?

I was on a trip from Texas to Indy a few years ago and went to go check out the museum, which was pretty neat. I took along my Gasser heli and got a flight in so I could say I did. A group of guys...

RE: Mini F-16 vintage project consideration

Don't worry about me wasting any money air raptor, I'm not planning on buying one of those fans....I'd just like to look at one to "investigate" out of curiosity. As it has a aluminum hub and there...

RE: PAW .15 muffler leakage

Thanks guys....I guess I'll at least chuck it up and measure run out the next time I pull it apart. I have marked everything when I took it apart to minimize "reseat" wear. I did notice that the...

RE: Mini F-16 vintage project consideration

I wonder if anyone has tried to use one of these fan units http://www.horizonhobby.com/products/delta-v-15-69mm-electric-ducted-fan-EFLDF15 and tried to convert to glow? I saw them at my LHS a few...

RE: PAW .15 muffler leakage

Thanks RF and AMB, I stock the engine in liquid and did the air test and honestly it still leaks pretty horrible, almost as if the bolts tighten down before the collector and gaskets are...

RE: PAW .15 muffler leakage

Yeah, changing seals would be a pretty obvious solution, but I wanted to make sure noone said " they all leak there" or "look at this spot right here and see if x-problem exists" etc first. I did...

RE: OS .10FP

I haven't run mine as a diesel although one of the used ones I bought did come with a DDD head, so if you want to experiment you can come by and throw a head and some diesel at it sometime. Its...

RE: OS .10FP

I think that fp will do ya right on the neofun. I think on a 7x3 MA(ma toughness would be a plus over apc on this one) will pull it along well. I have not seen any of these engines "wear out" . I...

RE: Change of pace.

RE: Hot engines

How about using something like this? Only cost me a few dollars to make, but it works great for hard stuff like that especially if it doesn't require a super precise cut as far as exact dimension....

RE: Change of pace.

I've made and used some regulators exactly like boomerand has shown and been very happy with them. I'm not sure the polarity of the diagram is correct though? It shows battery positive going straight...

RE: .010 Help needed please.
