This looks not a like a lithium battery but a piezo speaker.....the part that makes the sound. I have exact the same part put into my FC-28 and use it as a programmable battery-alarm with a PIC...

The same in the Netherlands: you have to be a fully qualified radio amateur to be allowed to use this stuff. My station call is PH7JDE.
Transmitting from the air is not mentioned...

I use the same modules at 500 mW on 2.4Ghz. Only my DP129 rx from Futaba shows problems when the TX gets to close, the DP 149 is completely trouble free. Dennis Gratton from Canada even...
