I have a question about mounting the motor in the book it says to go 1/4" right and 1/4" down for dead cent of the motor. is that correct ? I understand 1/4" right but 1/4 down ?

The ignition is on the out side of the motor box it was 47 degrees today heat should not have been an issue. I will dig into it after work tomorow. Tks Danny C
