cen shoes and spring fit nicely. Mip has replacement springs that fit, Traxxas 4646x springs fit. (think thats the number been a while)

I say go for the 1/8th scale even if a newbie. You can go slow. I feel the 1/8ths hold up better to abuse anyway. Personal opinion. More truck for the money.
